  1. We prefer Cash on delivery
  2. You can also Inbox On Facebook Page/Instagram/Whatsapp address and contact to confirm order.
  3. For complains, suggestions and queries, please inbox on Facebook Page or Email or Call.
  4. Riders follow routes and not timings so please cooperate.
  5. If there any damage or any fault or difference you would find, we will be responsible to change the Product. The complaint has to be registered and returned within 3 days.
  6. During Exchange, delivery fee will be on customer's charge 
  7. During Exchange, return fee will be on customer's charge unless if the order is shipped wrong or there is any manufacturing defect. 
  8. Customers can Cancel/Changes there orders after 2 hours of order submission.
  9. Customer should add Complete and proper address with House number, Block number and street number Or Nearest famous Landmark in order to get there parcel at doorstep. Incomplete address orders will be cancelled.
  10. We strictly follow no refund and no return policy.
  11. Every Sale item or Stock clearance Sale item would not be change nor refund.
  12. Duties and tax will be apply according to the your country will be paid by customer.
